The BCP Theater and Events Center is available for rent to producers, event planners, organizations and individuals. The space is very flexible and adaptable to any use, including stage productions, receptions, parties, film showings, meetings, conferences and trade shows. Whenever you need a space to gather a group of people, BCP Theater and Events Center has an appropriate place for you. A large parking lot and handicapped access are available.
Lobby/Lounge Area
The Lobby/Lounge is an open concept entertainment area with direct access to our restrooms, the theater and Fenix Cafe. This venue offers a large bar for serving refreshments, has padded seating along one wall, ample lighting and a wonderful bank of windows overlooking the Caldera River.
BCP Theater
The theater will seat 100 guests in tiered seating and has a center aisle configuration. The stage has a black curtain backdrop and wings, a backstage dressing area, Pars cans with color gels, a screen for image projection, a podium, microphones (floor and drop) and speakers. We have a professional sound/light board (only BCP technicians may operate this equipment and are available for a fee).
Fenix Cafe
Walls of glass offer beautiful garden and river views in Fenix Cafe. Operated by Joy Alexander, the cafe serves estate-grown single origin coffee from the hills above Boquete, a full bar menu, light snacks and artisan lunch offerings every day but Monday and Tuesday.
